Eden Valley Riesling

Riesling is the Eden Valley's great strength and makes up the largest share of this collection. Expect lime, lemon blossom and a delicate, floral perfume, carried by fine acidity and a stony, mineral finish.

Young, it is crisp and refreshing. Given time, it gains toast and honey while staying bone dry, which is why collectors often lay it down. You will also find a few off dry styles for a softer, fruitier glass.

Shiraz, Chardonnay and More

Eden Valley Shiraz is more elegant than its Barossa Valley neighbour, with blue and black fruit, violets and a peppery lift. It is the home of Henschke's Hill of Grace vineyard, one of Australia's most famous Shiraz sites. See more in our Shiraz range.

The cool climate also suits Chardonnay, with citrus, white peach and a fine, creamy texture. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a little sparkling wine complete the range.
