What information do we collect and how is it used?
When you order with YourWines.com.au, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing and delivery address, telephone number/s, credit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also collect your date of birth for licensing purposes as we will not sell alcohol to minors. We may also use this information to advise you of new products and services.
When you sign up for our email newsletter, we need only a name and e-mail address - which we use to send the information you requested.
If you purchase a gift for another person any information you volunteer regarding the recipient is only used to fulfil the order.
Messages or comments you submit to us via the website, eg. through an email or "Contact Us" form is collected and will be used to respond to any specific points raised, or for the continued improvement of our products and service.
