Once YourWines™ has dispatched your order you will receive a delivery notification email. This email will contain your consignment number and a link which will enable you to track your delivery.
For Australia Post deliveries the following link will take you to the ‘Track an item’ page of their website: http://auspost.com.au/track/. Simply enter your consignment number and you will get the current status of your order.
If you have misplaced your order confirmation e-mail or require further assistance please email us at customerservice@YourWines.com.au.
If you have placed an order and you have not received it within a 14 days please email us at customerservice@YourWines.com.au and we will seek to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Please note that your order may be sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case each parcel will have a unique tracking number.
