McLaren Vale: Lioness, Firehawk and Treasure Trove

Lioness of McLaren Vale Shiraz comes from mature vines in the Bakers Gully subregion. It is fermented with ambient yeasts and bottled without fining or filtration.

Firehawk Shiraz and Treasure Trove Grenache both come from Firehawk Farm, a 60 acre property on an ancient ridge above McLaren Vale whose vineyard is certified organic and biodynamic.

Lion's Tooth is a Shiraz fermented over a layer of Riesling skins, and Fairytale Rosé, made from bush vine Grenache, completes the McLaren Vale line up. Pride of the Fleurieu Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the family's Stranger's Reach vineyard near Lake Alexandrina, on the Fleurieu.

Barossa: Lionheart, Menagerie and Damsel

Lionheart is Dandelion's old vine Barossa vineyard. Many of its gnarled vines are over a hundred years old and still grow on their own roots.

Menagerie of the Barossa is a field blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro from adjoining blocks at Gomersal, and Damsel of the Barossa is a Merlot. Across all regions, Shiraz leads the Dandelion red wines in our range.

Eden Valley Riesling and Adelaide Hills Whites

Enchanted Garden is a Riesling from a thriving Eden Valley vine garden perched atop rocky hills. The winery describes it as bone dry, with high natural acidity. Wonderland of the Eden Valley Riesling joins it in our range.

The white wines continue in the Adelaide Hills with Twilight Chardonnay and Wishing Clock Sauvignon Blanc. A half bottle of Legacy of Australia Pedro Ximénez completes the collection.
