Tom Cullity

The Tom Cullity blends Cabernet Sauvignon with Malbec from the original vines Dr Cullity planted. Vasse Felix calls it the undisputed pinnacle of the estate and a living link to the origins of Margaret River wine.

Vasse Felix Premier

In the estate's own words, the Premier wines are defining expressions of Margaret River from its premier vineyard plots. The Premier Cabernet Sauvignon comes from specialised plantings in the Home Vineyard.

Premier Chardonnay follows the house style: fruit picked early in the morning, wild yeast and fermentation in French oak barriques, with the Gingin clone as the priority. The range also includes Premier Syrah and Premier Sauvignon Blanc.

Vasse Felix Filius

Filius brings contemporary, versatile house styles, drawing on fruit from the Adams Road vineyard in the warmer Carbunup area. It is an easy way into Vasse Felix red wine, with Filius Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Merlot.

Our white Filius wines are a Chardonnay, made in the same house style as the Premier, and a Sauvignon Blanc Semillon.

Vasse Felix Classic Dry White, Dry Red and Dry Rosé

The estate describes its Classic wines as Margaret River's original classics, ever reliable and made for all occasions. Classic Dry White, a zesty, crisp white wine blending Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, has been made since 1987 and shines with shellfish and delicate fish.

Classic Dry Red is an easygoing, medium bodied blend made without oak, a barbecue wine the estate even suggests serving chilled. Classic Dry Rosé is a delicate, refreshing and zippy pink.

Cane Cut Semillon

To finish a meal, the Cane Cut Semillon is a sweet dessert wine. Each fruiting cane is cut so the bunches dry on the vine, concentrating flavour and sugar. Pour it with fruit desserts or with blue cheese.
