Dry Rosé Wine: Crisp, Pale Provence-Style Pink Wines

Forget any idea that rosé is always sweet. Dry rosé is crisp, pale, and seriously sophisticated, the wine that has taken summer tables by storm. Inspired by the classic pink wines of Provence, our dry rosé collection is all about fresh fruit, bright acidity, and effortless drinkability.

What Is a Dry Rosé Wine?

A dry rosé is a rosé wine made with little to no residual sugar. Like all rosé, it is made from red grapes with only brief skin contact, just long enough to take on a pale pink blush without the tannins of a red wine. When the grape sugar is fully fermented, the result is a crisp, refreshing, and completely dry pink.

This is worth clearing up, because rosé has a bit of a reputation problem. Many people assume all pink wine is sweet, thanks to the popularity of sweeter styles like White Zinfandel. In reality, most quality rosé made today is dry. If you do prefer a touch of sweetness, our off dry rosé wines sit one step along the scale.
