Peter Lehmann Layers Red 2021 
The colour is a vibrant red with a burst of dark cherry and spice on the bouquet leading to a softly textured finish. Shiraz delivers fruit depth and structure, while the Tempranillo is firm and savoury. Mourvèdre brings a wild earthiness and all are bound together by the aromatic and spicy nature of Grenache which softens the palate.

Peter Lehmann Clancys Shiraz Cabernet Merlot 2023
Aromas of ripe plum, blackberry and dark cherry with hints of spice and subtle oak. The palate is medium to full-bodied, offering juicy dark berry fruits layered with mocha and savoury notes, supported by soft tannins and balanced acidity for a smooth, approachable finish.

St Hallett Gamekeeper Shiraz 2025
St Hallett Gamekeeper Shiraz displays lifted and pretty notes of lively purple fruit characters with a delicate hint of violets. Pure red fruits dominate on the palate, with lifted spices of cinnamon.

Grant Burge 5th Generation Shiraz 2025
Impressive aromas of blackberry and ripe red berry fruit, with a touch of anise and subtle oak that adds vanilla and spice characters. The medium bodied palate is full of sweet fruit and ripe tannins. The multi-layered depth of flavour and texture, combined with a long lingering finish, provide this wine with wonderful drinkability.

It may be the fashion to pull back on the flavour but there’s no way to control the gargantuan flavour of the Barossa that is expressed in our new splendiferous Shiraz. This is a full throttle taste of what the Barossa is famous for, big fruit flavours and ample body weight with a nicely complex palate. Matured in small oak barrels, this full of velvety attitude and swagger.

Barossan X Twisted Shiraz 2022
Medium intensity ruby-red core with a bright crimson hue. Aromas of lifted red cherry and delicious varietal notes of turkish delight and ripe dried fig gained from the Tempranillo. The palate is medium bodied with a bright textural mid-palate possessing a firm grip, reminiscent of the varietal’s Spanish roots. The finish is vibrant and bright-fruited with a length of lightly toasted cedar oak notes and savoury dried fruits. Ideal with spicy, rich food. Delightful with a chorizo and prawn paella and saucy tomato seafood dishes.
