Barossan X Twisted Shiraz Montepulciano 2022 (12 Bottles)

Medium intensity ruby-red core with a bright purple hue. Aromas of lifted red plum, blackberry and delicious varietal notes of sour cherry and dried thyme gained from the Montepulciano. The palate is medium bodied with a bright textural mid-palate possessing a firm grip, reminiscent of the varietal’s Italian roots. The finish is vibrant and bright-fruited with a length of lightly toasted cedar oak notes and savoury dried fruits.

This wine is a perfect addition to any rich meal. Serve with thick cut dry-aged Wagyu steak with a side of potatoes sauteed in garlic.
