Aromas of dried pears, caramelised peaches and cut straw, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity on the palate. Good textural weight and bubbles, with creamy and nutty flavours.

Delicate aromas of crisp green apple, lemon zest, and white blossom with hints of brioche

Palate:
Vibrant and refreshing with notes of citrus, pear, and a subtle yeasty character. Light-bodied with a clean, crisp finish and gentle effervescence
