Tasting Notes: This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and plush, showcasing flavours of blackcurrant, dark cherry, liquorice, cedar, and subtle spice. Savoury notes of black olive, tobacco and red earth are complemented by hints of violet and fine oak. The palate is generous and textural, with soft tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, smooth finish.

Serving Temperature: 16–18°C.

Decanting: Recommended for 30–60 minutes when young to allow the fruit and oak characters to fully open. Older vintages may only require 15–20 minutes.

Cellaring Potential: Enjoy now or cellar for 6–10+ years under ideal conditions. Many vintages continue to develop beautifully with age.
