Tasting Notes: A bright, dark-purple Syrah with inviting aromas of crushed plum, blackberry, blueberry, sarsaparilla, dark chocolate, graphite, lavender and bay leaf, accented by hints of pink pepper, aniseed and subtle toasted oak. The palate balances ripe dark fruit with fresher, more vibrant berry notes, supported by fine-grained tannins and a gentle savoury grip. Elegant and structured, it finishes long and persistent, with lively acidity providing freshness and balance throughout.
