Tasting Notes: White gold, clear and bright, flashes of pale green hay. Aromatics of talcum, honeysuckle, musk, dried banana and lantana. An exotic perfume - almost a fragrance tickled with spice and minerals, grass and gunflint. A savoury acidity coupled with a giving fruit profile: ripe blackcurrant and grapefruit, ripe lemon and cooked apple. A generous and happy palate that avoids the variety’s oft too shrill tone and taste. We also find a texture of rain and mineral water, which also softens this white wine as it gently strolls across along your mouth.

Serving Temperature: 7–10°C.

Decanting: Not required. Best served straight from the fridge to preserve freshness and aromatics.

Cellaring Potential: Best enjoyed young.
