Tasting Notes: A youthful straw‑yellow wine with subtle copper highlights. Its early aromas are simple yellow‑fruit and floral notes, developing with bottle age into fig, apricot, pear and hints of noble wood and undergrowth. The palate is rounded, refreshing and well‑balanced, light in feel yet full‑bodied, with a pleasant acidity that makes it an excellent table wine.

Serving Temperature: 8–10°C for freshness and aromatic expression. If paired with richer dishes, serving closer to 10–12°C allows greater texture and complexity to emerge.

Decanting: Not essential.

Cellaring Potential: Drink now for youthful fruit, or cellar for 8–12 years.

Food Pairing: Excellent with terrines, roast chicken, turkey, pork loin, veal, creamy mushroom dishes, seafood in cream sauce, grilled lobster, scallops, duck, mushroom risotto, Munster, Comté and Brie cheeses.
