Tasting Notes: Attractive stone fruit and citrus aromas with complexity from maturation on fermentation lees. The palate is fine and long with persistent flavour supported by oak structure and length.

Appearance: Pale straw to light gold. Cool‑climate Chardonnay with partial new French oak typically shows a bright, pale hue. Expect good clarity and a slight green tinge in youth.

Aroma: Fruit: white peach, nectarine, lemon zest, pear. Oak‑derived: roasted almonds, nougat, toasty oak, biscuity tones.

Palate: Fruit profile: white peach, nectarine, lemon. Texture: silky, fine, elegant. Oak influence: creamy, toasty, nougat-like. Structure: refreshing acidity, balanced richness. Finish: long, persistent, clean, with structural clarity.
