Tasting Notes: This wine is layered and complex with red berry and darker fruit aromas. These characters continue onto the palate, with fruit layers supported by fine oak tannin and lively berry persistence. Enjoyed in its youth, or cellar for 10-20 years.

Serving Temperature: 16–18°C to best showcase the wine's complexity, structure and aromatics.

Decanting: Highly recommended for 1–2 hours. The wine is bottled without filtration, so some sediment may develop with age. Decanting helps soften the tannins and allows the fruit and oak to fully open up.

Cellaring Potential: Drink now or cellar until 2040 (10–20 years). This flagship blend is built for long-term ageing and will gain further complexity over time.

Food Pairing: Roast lamb shoulder with garlic, oregano, rosemary and baby potatoes (the winery's recommendation), grilled rib-eye steak, slow-cooked beef, venison, braised lamb shanks, or mature hard cheeses.
