Its fresh red fruit fragrances exhibit strawberry and cream aromas with lavish truffle characters, promising a superb structure, softness and complexity. Dry overall, this wine is crisp and deliciously refreshing, with a balanced level of sweetness on the palate. This savoury wine is made to be paired with Asian and Thai cuisines, tuna, marinated red mullet, and duck breast. Its fresh fruity flavours also make it the perfect match for desserts and creamy cheeses.
