Pale green with a delicate, translucent hue.

Expressive and aromatic, showing white nectarine, crisp, fresh pear and chamomile alongside hints of peach iced tea, vanilla pod, fresh green herbs, papaya and jasmine. Subtle exotic notes add depth and intrigue. A fine texture carries through layers of pear and nectarine with a gentle, peppery edge to the palate.

The mouthfeel is silky and composed, leading to an elegant finish.

Enjoy with marinated olives, crusty bread and dips or grilled haloumi with a squeeze of lemon.
