A partnership of cooler Eden Valley Shiraz co-fermented with a splash of Viognier offers a wine of gentle fragrance embracing the spicy character of Shiraz. Hand picked. Hand crafted.

Medium to full red in colour with purple hues. The pretty and inviting aromatics showcase the coolness of Eden Valley: anise, lavender, potpourri, cherry and cedary, spicy notes from 15% whole bunch fermentation. The palate is medium weighted with soft and generous midpalate texture surrounded by bright acidity. A delicious, stylish, medium bodied wine with red cherry fruits that showcases fine tannins on the long finish.

Food Pairing - Papardelle with sausage and fennel seed bolognese or stuffed peppers with rice, tomato, cannellini beans, garlic and thyme.
