Aromas of ripe plum and dark fruits entwined with subtle notes of vanilla, blackcurrant and savoury roast hinting at its complex, earthy character. Cinnamon and cloves add warmth, while black tea and bay leaf bring complexity to the nose with a touch of blackcurrant. Beautifully balanced with vibrant, red fruit flavours. Soft tannins provide smooth, velvety texture. Well structured with balanced acidity and fine, elegant tannins on the finish.

Food Pairing - Enjoy with roast beef seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, garlic and thyme; or grilled vegetables skewers with olive oil, reduced balsamic vinegar, fresh herbs and garlic.
