Colour: Bright ruby red in colour with a purple hue.

Aromas: There is an abundance of red fruit aromas, including cherry, wild berry and strawberry with purple flowers, a hint pink peppercorn and fennel-like spice.

Palate: Drawn in by the rich fruitfulness, the palate is vibrant with fresh flavours of cherry, wild berry, beetroot and cranberry, leading to a silky tannin finish.

Food Pairing: Enjoy with pulled pork burgers, falafel in pita bread or hoisin duck/tofu noodles.
