This small batch wine is a unique blend of Adelaide Hills Shiraz sourced from the towering hills above McLaren Vale and Grenache from the highly sought after Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale. The blend of two regions highlights the purity and fragrance of Blewitt Springs grenache with the spice and elegance of Adelaide Hills Shiraz. Dark plums and blackberries are entwined with raspberry, cracked pepper and a subtle savoury spice with underlying crushed violet florals producing a wine that is interesting yet fun.

This Grenache Shiraz will pair well with Red meats: Grilled lamb, steak, or roast beef. Pasta: Rich tomato-based pasta dishes or those with a spicy meat sauce. Cheese: Aged cheddar, Manchego, or a creamy goat cheese. Vegetarian options: Roasted vegetables or a mushroom risotto.
