Typically pale with green edges. The nose is redolent of the Eden Valley fresh with floral blossom and citrus aromas along with hints of just-cut green apple. The palate is light with impressively vibrant floral and citrus flavours defined by mineral and lime acidity before an impressively long finish. This wine has an intensity, length and cellaring potential that is second to none.

Awesome accompaniment for pan-fried snapper fillets.
