Deep red with bright crimson hue. Mulberry, dry aged bresaola and balsamic glaze. Complex fragrant layers of black peppercorns and star anise. Air-dried plums, blackberry and rare roast beef. A generous, robust palate with fine-grained tannins, dried thyme, Sopressa and a clean ferrous finish.
