Full bodied and opulent with jammy dark fruits. This wine is an inky purple colour with a blackberry nose. The palate is opulent and full of jammy dark fruits complimented by good balance and fine tannins.

Temple Bruer Cabernet Shiraz Mataro 2022
Dark, rich red fruit with earthy overtones. Fine and silky, medium to full tannins. Blackcurrant, blueberry, cassis, liquorice, clove, cinnamon, mint, and thyme. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years.

Cote Lavande Pinot Noir 2021
Bright translucent ruby with glints of violet and youthful clarity. Wild cherry, raspberry leaf, redcurrant and a hint of forest floor minerality. Light to medium body; juicy red‑berry core, soft tannins, crisp acidity and a clean, refreshingly dry finish.
