Tasting Notes: Very pale with a tint of white gold. Fresh and aromatic the nose is intricate with so much going on in this garden. Guava, citrus blossom, passionflower and a touch of makrut lime, it just keeps giving the longer it sits in the glass. Fresh and vibrant with a gorgeous bouquet of guava, citrus, delicate tropical fruits and hints of honey dew melon. This Sauvignon Blanc is full of flavour with complexity in spades. Beautiful fruit weight gives volume without heaviness, a clean linear acidity and a seamless mouthfeel. A lively dry wine with a refreshing, juicy fruit finish that lingers.
