Deep ruby in colour with aromas of fresh blackcurrants and cherries, complemented by subtle smoky notes. Bright, juicy, and youthful, featuring flavours of redcurrants, bay leaf, and cassis.

The palate is structured with intense tannins, sweet spice, balanced oak, and a hint of graphite, leading to an impressive length.

For optimal enjoyment, decant the wine for 30-60 minutes before serving at a temperature of 16-18°C. This allows the wine to fully express its complex aromas and flavours. This will pair very well with grilled or roasted red meats, aged cheeses and rich stews or casseroles.
