The 2022 vintage is described as having rich, candied fruit and honey notes with orange marmalade on the palate and a firm acid backbone for balance. This style of wine uses Semillon grapes affected by the noble rot fungus, Botrytis cinerea, which dehydrates the grapes to concentrate sugars and flavours, resulting in a luscious and intensely flavoured wine.

This wine is an excellent choice to pair with sweet or fruit-based desserts.
