A classic Provençal style of Rosé known for its pale colour and light, dry elegance. This Rosé is made solely from Shiraz our Margaret River alternative grape, grown in our own vineyards.

Crystalline pale salmon pink. Very refined, light perfume with strawberry cream, musk and fresh rose petal with a hint of mandarin and apple pie crust. Super light, fresh and musky with a well-balanced soft texture. A slight salty core and a crunchy lightly chalky finish.

Food Pairing - A fantastic picnic, barbeque, veranda and aperitif wine that pairs fantastically with shellfish (oysters, scampi, marron) as well as lighter fish dishes and complements canapés and finger food well.
