Trinity Hill Hawkes Bay Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent representation of a classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. It has a pale yellow-green hue that explodes with aromas of passionfruit, lime, green apple, and elderflower. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with juicy acidity and a delicious fruit-driven intensity that really packs a punch. Its beautifully balanced and elegant finish leaves a lasting impression of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours.
