Vermentino! The newest addition to our Tread Softly range of moderate alcohol, modern wines that are lighter on the environment and on your palate. Floral aromatics combine with white nectarine and peach on the palate. Pink grapefruit citrus and saline minerality carry the fruit providing a long finish.

This wine pairs well with richer seafood like halibut and trout. It also pairs nicely with shellfish like clams, crabs, and lobster. Vermentino is a perfect complement to pork, particularly when it has been seasoned with fennel.
