Tasting Notes: Cherry, blackberry, dried herb and mint, some cracked black pepper and spice. Medium-bodied, dry and savoury, brick dust tannin is very appealing, Spanish black olive and dried herb, a little orange zest too, and a firm finish of excellent length. It’s all about the texture and feel of it. Very much in the Tonic house style!

Serving Temperature: Best served at 15–17°C. Serving slightly cooler than room temperature enhances the wine's aromatic lift and freshness.

Decanting: Recommended for 30–45 minutes. The wine's youthful tannins and whole-bunch character benefit from some air before serving.
