Tasting Notes: This luminous pale yellow Chardonnay with its resplendent green reflexes offers a pleasant aroma of meadow flowers, typical for the variety, reminiscent of exotic fruits. It is slightly tangy, well structured as well as full bodied with a long-lasting finish.

Serving Temperature: Best served at 10–12°C to enhance its fruit expression and freshness.

Decanting: Not required. This Chardonnay is made in a fresh, approachable style, although allowing it to sit in the glass for 5–10 minutes will reveal additional complexity.

Cellaring Potential: Drink now.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with fish and seafood, white meats, creamy risotto, cheese dumplings, roast chicken, and light pasta dishes.
