Aromas of fresh citrus (lemon, bergamot), white peach, stone fruit and floral notes (orange blossom) with subtle spice. Crisp acidity, minerality, green apple, white peach, slight salinity, savoury notes. It is medium to light bodied, with a slightly oily texture and a long mineral driven finish.

This pairs well with grilled fish, goats cheese and light pasta dishes. For optimal enjoyment, serve ATMA White 2023 chilled at around 10°C. This temperature accentuates its refreshing acidity and aromatic nuances, making it an excellent choice for warm weather or as an aperitif.
