In the glass the wine shows a bright pale straw colour with green hues. Aromatically the wine opens with delicately lifted florals, lemon zest and some Granny Smith crunch. A pure line of citrus lingers, its finely textured, crisp, and refreshing on the palate. A wine to enjoy now or over the next few years.

Perfect with seafood dishes like oysters, grilled prawns, or sushi. It also pairs well with spicy Asian cuisine, such as Thai green curry or Vietnamese spring rolls. For vegetarian options, consider fresh salads or dishes with goat cheese.
