Light in colour, this is a soft Pinot Noir with raspberry, cherry, mixed spices, and a subtle earthy note. There's real Pinot Noir character evident making it very flavoursome and moreish. Dark fruited with soft tannins.

Perfect on its own or with food, particularly less gamey type meats and spring vegetables.
