Bouquet: Lifted aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry and tropical character and herbal hints.
Palate: Grapefruit and Tropical fruit on the palate. Fresh and soft on the palate with balanced acidity and a crisp, lingering finish.

This Sauvignon Blance will go well with Seafood: Grilled prawns, oysters, or white fish with lemon butter sauce. Salads: Goat cheese salad, citrus-dressed greens, or quinoa salad with fresh herbs. Asian Cuisine: Sushi, Thai green curry, or Vietnamese rice paper rolls. Cheese: Soft cheeses like chèvre or feta.
