Tasting Notes: Displays aromas of wild strawberries, red cherries, violets, and rose petals. The palate is elegant and expressive, showing pomegranate, sour cherry, and hints of sarsaparilla, supported by fine chalky tannins and bright acidity. It is a graceful, cool-climate Pinot Noir with excellent balance and persistence.
Serving Temperature: Best served at 15–17°C to showcase its perfume, acidity, and silky texture.
Decanting: Optional. A light decant of 20–30 minutes will help open up the aromatic profile, particularly when young.
Cellaring Potential: Drinking beautifully now and expected to develop additional complexity over the next 5–10 years (through approximately 2029–2034).
Food Pairing: Roast duck breast with blood orange and watercress (winery recommendation), as well as confit duck, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, quail, pork tenderloin, or soft cheeses such as Brie and Camembert.
