Tasting Notes: The TarraWarra Swallowfield Vineyard Chardonnay 2024 is a refined cool-climate Chardonnay from the Gembrook vineyard in the Yarra Valley. It displays aromas of grilled nuts, saline sea spray, subtle gun smoke, and savoury complexity. The palate is concentrated yet elegant, with flavours of roasted hazelnut, almond praline, wet stone, crushed chalk and mineral notes, balanced by bright acidity and a long, precise finish.

Serving Temperature: Best served at 10–12°C.

Decanting: Not required, however allowing the wine to breathe for 10–20 minutes in the glass can enhance its savoury complexity and texture.

Cellaring Potential: Enjoy now or cellar for 5–10 years under suitable conditions to allow further complexity to develop.

Food Pairing: Fresh seafood, oysters, prawns, scallops, grilled fish, roast chicken, pork, creamy pasta, risotto, and dishes featuring roasted nuts or mushrooms.
