Tasting Notes: Pale straw colour, indicative of it’s freshness and youth. Bouquet typically aromatic and complex. Showing lifted spring blossom, white peach & subtle honeysuckle notes. Ripe peach & citrus notes initially upfront, slight hints of apricot present also. Complemented by ginger and white pepper flavours. The palate is rich and textural, indicative of its varietal makeup. Plenty of length and intensity through to the finish.

Serving Temperature: 10–12°C – serve chilled but allow the wine to warm slightly in the glass to reveal its floral aromas, texture and complexity.

Decanting: Optional – not essential, but allowing the wine to breathe for 15–30 minutes can enhance its aromatic profile, texture and subtle oak complexity.

Cellaring Potential: Enjoy now through to approximately 2030. The wine has good ageing potential due to its natural acidity, texture and maturation in older French oak.

Food Pairing: Excellent with grilled seafood, roast chicken, pork, duck, creamy pasta dishes, Middle Eastern cuisine, spicy Asian dishes, soft cheeses, salads with stone fruit, and dishes featuring nuts or herbs.
