Tasting Notes: The fruit batches are kept separate in barrel and blended to the style intended to express the truest form of the varietal character and the site. Notes of poached strawberries, dried flowers, and a touch of amaro, with soft tannins. On the palate, it reveals notes of dark cherry, aniseed and game and woodsmoke. A silk like texture flows effortlessly into a long finish. A wine of great finesse.

Serving Temperature: 14–16°C – slightly cool to allow the delicate aromatics, freshness and fine tannins to shine. Avoid serving too warm, as this can overpower Pinot Noir’s elegance.

Decanting: Recommended (optional) – decant for 30–60 minutes before serving, particularly while young, to help open the aromas and soften the structure. Alternatively, allow it to breathe in the glass.

Cellaring Potential: Enjoy now through to approximately 2032–2035 under ideal cellaring conditions.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with duck confit, roast duck, mushroom dishes, game meats, lamb, pork, charcuterie, salmon, truffle dishes, and earthy vegetarian meals.
