First planted on the Estate in the 1860s, Tahbilk has the largest single holding of Marsanne worldwide including vines dating back to 1927 that are amongst the oldest in the world.

Cutting the canes of the vine and allowing the fruit to hang prior to harvest concentrates the flavours and sugars to produce a luscious wine. Offering lush tropical and citrus marmalade characters with sweet honeysuckle touches; a fresh and mineral-like grape acidity on the finish allows the delightful sweetness of Tahbilk 'Cane Cut' Marsanne to shine through without being cloying.
