After the popularity of our Pinot Grigio special bottling at 2018 Australian Tennis Open, we decided to add this bright and crisp wine to The Stag portfolio. We aim for a light and crisp Italian style “Grigio”, rather that the fuller bodied, heavier French “Gris” style. Food friendly and versatile.

Balanced, fresh and crisp. Fruit flavours of pear and citrus are complemented by almond meal textural elements. A lovely acid line trails throughout.

Lifted notes of pear, green apple, lemon zest and a touch of white florals

Palate:
Crisp and zesty, with flavours of nashi pear, citrus and subtle spice. A dry, refreshing finish supported by fine acidity.
