St Huberts Yarra Valley Pinot Noir is filled with vibrant, fresh fruit flavours that are best enjoyed young.

The wine is light-medium bodied, lively and textural. Not quite nervous acidity – but a wound-up palate. Cherries and red fruits with savoury spice. Stalk tannins add a faint grip on the finish. “A wine that shows the mild La Niña vintage.”
