Tasting Notes: Deep crimson in colour. Ripe plum and cedar aromas combine with an inviting, exotic perfume of cinnamon and cloves. Bursting with plum, blackberry, cedar and dark berry flavours, the palate evolves into enticing savoury notes from the French oak. The lovely natural acidity combines well with the expressive fruit and tannins, keeping the wine enticing and structural. This wine is blended to be enjoyed now and will continue to evolve for five to seven years.

Serving Temperature: 16–18°C – slightly below room temperature to highlight the fruit, freshness and smooth tannin structure.

Decanting: Not essential, but allowing the wine to breathe for 20–30 minutes after opening can help develop the plum, cedar and spice characters.
