Tasting Notes: Medium depth magenta in colour. There are hints of dried herbs, dark red plums and lovely oak aromas, with perfumed floral notes including violets. The palate is plush and full-bodied with Merlot showing through as blueberry and blackcurrant fruits. The sweet fruit is well supported by Cabernet tannin and acidity, with a dark chocolate edge from the oak.

Serving Temperature: 16–18°C – best served slightly below room temperature to enhance the fruit, structure and tannins.

Decanting: Recommended (optional) – decant for 30–60 minutes before serving to allow the Cabernet Sauvignon structure, oak and dark fruit characters to open up. It can also be enjoyed immediately after opening.

Cellaring Potential: Enjoy now, but will continue to develop with careful cellaring. Suitable for drinking through to approximately 2030–2031.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with slow-cooked beef, roast lamb, grilled steak, mushroom dishes, rich tomato-based pasta, aged cheeses, and hearty Mediterranean dishes.
