Tasting Notes: Pungent grapefruit and blackcurrant bud aromas with a rich, salty mineral palate. Pale green in colour. Powerful and expressive with concentrated aromas of grapefruit and blackcurrant bud with tropical notes and a green herbaceous thread. Pure and refreshing with intense flavours of ripe passionfruit and fresh grapefruit layered with crushed herbs. A salty mineral note enhances the complexity and leads to a lingering, weighty finish.

Serving Temperature: 8–10°C to maximise its freshness, vibrant aromatics and crisp acidity.

Decanting: Not required.

Cellaring Potential: Best enjoyed now.

Food Pairing: Outstanding with freshly shucked oysters, steamed mussels, grilled prawns, ceviche, seared scallops, goat's cheese, asparagus, fresh salads and herb-seasoned seafood. Its crisp acidity also pairs beautifully with citrus-based dishes.
