Tasting Notes: Dark garnet in colour. Perfumed red berries with savoury notes and a hint of toasted oak. A rich and fruit forward Pinot Noir with layers of ripe boysenberry and black cherry with a hint of spice. Elegant with delicate tannins and a refined structure leading to a long toasty finish.

Serving Temperature: 14–16°C (slightly cooler than room temperature for best expression).

Decanting: Not essential, but 15–20 minutes in a decanter or open bottle will help the aromas and fruit flavours open up.

Cellaring Potential: Drinking beautifully now.
