Tasting Notes: Deep garnet in colour. Fresh ripe blueberries and spice with toasted oak notes. Rich and concentrated, displaying dark berry flavours combined with aromatic violet and spices. A complex and full bodied wine with a silky structure and toasted oak notes on the lingering finish.

Serving Temperature: 14–16°C (slightly cooler than room temperature) to highlight the wine's freshness, aromatics and silky texture.

Decanting: Optional. This Pinot Noir is approachable on release. If young, allow 15–30 minutes in a decanter or simply open the bottle 20 minutes before serving to let the aromas open up.

Cellaring Potential: Drinking beautifully now.

Food Pairing: Excellent with mustard and herb-crusted rack of lamb, roast duck, mushroom risotto, roast pork, venison, grilled salmon, or aged hard cheeses. The wine's dark fruit, spice and silky texture complement richly flavoured dishes.
