Colour: Mid‑salmon pink with an orange blush.

Aromas: Aromatic nose shows watermelon, cranberry, maybe wild forest berry sorbet, pink rose petal florals, subtle spice, even a hint of “bath salt” perfume notes. Palate: It has a soft entry, then a bright, crisp acid line. Fruit flavours include watermelon, subtle cherry, wild berry; phenolics are soft but textured. Finish is round and pillowy.

Food Pairing: Asparagus & goat’s curd salad. Fresh prawns with a citrus dressing; salmon or tuna tartare; oysters with a squeeze of lemon. Roast chicken with herbs. Tapas / Light Asian‑Flavoured Fare. Soft cheeses.
