Rock of Wisdom's 2021 Mataro is a single-vineyard wine from the Koonunga sub-region of the Northern Barossa Valley, showcasing the unique characteristics of this varietal.

This Mataro is driven by purple fruit flavors, with prominent notes of blue fruits in the background. It was aged for nine months in old French oak on lees, contributing to its depth and complexity. Bottled unfiltered and unfined, it offers a genuine expression of the grape and terroir.

Pair with full flavoured meats like beef and lamb. Cured meats and earthy vegetables like mushrooms.
